Our company independently develops and produces the full-automatic water heater internal bladder forming line, which fills the domestic industrial gap. In addition, the automation of our key special-purpose forming equipment has reached international advanced level.
Product scope: Electric water heater, gas water heater, solar water heater.
Functions: Fully realizing the internal bladder forming, assembling, transportation, air tightness test and automatic control of electric water heater; Fully realizing the assembling, transportation, performance checking and automatic control of gas water heater and solar water heater.
Primary special-purpose equipment: Equipment for flaring cylinder body, pressing in the top and bottom covers, and performing detecting, welding, sand blasting, cleaning and porcelain enamel blasting on cylinder body.
Main achievements: Since 2005, all equipment for forming and assembling the internal bladder of water heater of A. O. Smith (China) is supplied by our company.
