Our company independently develops and produces different types of refrigerator/freezer assembly lines with functions of assembling, vacuuming and detection. We also develop the first production line with dynamic detection function in China. The measuring and monitoring technology and automation of static and dynamic detection systems of refrigerator assembly line are taking a leading position in China.
Product scope: Single-door refrigerator, double-door refrigerator, vertical commercial freezer and horizontal commercial freezer.
Functions: Fully realizing the assembling, transportation, vacuuming, performance checking (dynamic and static), and automatic control and packaging of refrigerator/freezer.
Primary special-purpose equipment: Door body and case body foaming line, plastic suction moulding line for internal bladder, door and side plate forming line, pressed gluing machine, case erecting machine, different types of reversing machines, hoister and stacker.
Main achievements: From 1990 to 2008, we produced over 100 refrigerator assembly lines for many famous enterprises or groups, such as Haier, Kelon, Hisense, Frestech, Midea, Baixue and so on.
