Product Description
Our company independently develops and produces the first full-automatic compressor assembly line in China. The system can realize the annual output of 3, 500, 000 sets. And the automation and precision of special-purpose equipment and detection system have reached international advanced level.
Product scope: Compressor for refrigerator, compressor for air conditioner, scroll or swash plate compressor for automobile air conditioner.
Functions: Fully realizing the assembling and transportation of compressor, automatic measuring, air tightness test, screw fastening, automatic pressed assembling of mating parts, performance test, welding, full-automatic vacuuming, inflation, automatic collecting and storing of compressor quality information and automatic controlling.
Primary special-purpose equipment: Brushing machine, different sorts of tightening equipment, oil suction pipe and bearing press, shrink fitting machine for rotor, torque tester, upper dead point measuring equipment, gasket sorting machine, different volume and leakage testing equipment, welders for different parts, and special-purpose equipment for riveting and pressing different parts.
The quality information controlling system comprises an information system, which can automatically collect and store torques of different screws and test data, and an electronic process display board, which can display the assembling information immediately.
Main achievements: From 2004 to 2008, we produced over 10 compressor assembly lines for many famous enterprises or groups, such as Jiaxipera, Shanghai Zanussi, Huayi, Tianjin Zanussi, Meizhi and so on.
